Rate Includes:

• Basic Bare Venue.
• Use of toilets.
• 16’ length Canoe/Boat Buffet Table.
• 10 nos. Mashals.
  

Charge will be levied for:

• Breakage/Damages.
• Extra hours of use beyond time @ Rs. 5,000/- Flat per Hour.

2- Payment Terms/ Deposit & Cancellation: - 100 % at the time of booking including taxes. An Additional Refundable Security Deposit of Rs.5,000.00 to be paid at the time of booking, which is refundable after the function, after adjustments towards damages, breakage, non compliance of outside agencies (cleaning/damage etc), at the sole discretion of the Management.

In case of cancellation:

• Seven Days Prior to Function – 75% Cancellation Charges Applicable.
• Thereafter – 100% Cancellation Charges Applicable.

Management has the right to cancel any booking by giving 15 days notice prior to the function with refund of the total amount paid. No other claims and/or damages against the Management will be entertained. Rates subject to change without notice.

3.  Timings:

• Evening Functions : 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.. Incase of extra hours, a charge of Rs. 5,000.00 per hour flat will be charged.
  (Latest time permissible is to 01.00 a.m.)

• Day Functions: 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Incase of extra hours, a charge of Rs. 5,000.00 per hour flat will be charged.
  (Latest time permissible is to 5.30 p.m.)

4. Sale and or Service of Alcoholic Beverages/Beers/Wines/Spirits/etc: can be permitted subject to your obtaining necessary“occasional license” from the Excise   Department/Authorities, a photocopy of which is to be submitted to us. Further, we will not be responsible for the inventory of your stocks.

5. Power: We provide power as supplied to us by the Electricity Department – Govt. of Goa, for basic lighting. Incase of power shut down/failure, we will not be responsible for the same. You are advised to arrange for a generator if required at your cost for additional music/lights etc. (Contact: Vinay Electricals: 9822101691).

6. Out Side Caterer & Decorator: In case of outside caterer/your own catering/Decor, the following conditions are applicable/to be followed,
and You will be responsible for:

• No cooking will be permitted on site.
• Outside Caterer/Decorator must bring his own material for food service etc., and return the premises duly cleaned of all garbage etc., failing which necessary deduction will be made from the deposit amount.
• Space for caterer can be provided. (Heating arrangements your own). All arrangements for crockery/cutlery/glassware/service dishes etc. to be made by you. Alternatively same can be arranged by us at additional charges.
• Use plugs & not loose wires into the plug sockets – damages will be charged.
• All décor/backdrop/utensils etc. should be placed away from the walls.
• Proper arrangements for the collection of garbage to be made by you. Disposal of garbage to be arranged by you.
• Caterer/Decorator/you are required to remove all your belongings within one hour after the function.
• We are not responsible for any action/damages/sickness/loss etc. arising out of the preparation/service of food and beverages served by you/caterer, and arrangements done by your Decorator.

7. The premises are being rented for the particular function only, and for bona-fide/ legal usage. Management reserves the right to stop the function in the event of any adverse activity/illegal acts and/or untoward incident without assigning any reason whatsoever.

8. Music/Sound: Will be permissible within the legal limits. In case you wish to operate music  /sound beyond the legally permitted timings, necessary approval from the concerned authority to be obtained by you and a copy of the same to be submitted to us. Management is not responsible for any legal and/or any other action taken by the authorities and you assume full responsibility for such action.

9. You are advised to inform your party/guests of the following points.

• Do not play games such as football/cricket/volleyball/etc on the property.
• Do not damage the lawn, plants, flowers etc and their flower beds etc.
• Do not pluck / cut plants and flowers.
• Do not cause nuisance to other guests (in case of Non-Exclusive use).
• Do not litter the premises - use the garbage bins.
• Do not throw garbage on beach/in the water – use the bins.
• Do not light fireworks/crackers on the property.

The management reserves the right to recover costs from you for any damage.

10. The premises is rented out to you at your own risk and the management is not responsible for any eventuality, loss and/or damage/injury to any person including loss of life etc. and /or loss /damage to equipment, and /or any acts of God. Vehicles parked at owners risk.

11. Rights of Admission Reserved. The premise is rented to you subject to Force Majeure Clause, and we will not be responsible for Acts of God, Bhands, Strikes, etc. The above is Without Prejudice.

B) Rental of Rooms

• Rates valid until 1st May 2012.
• Taxes Extra as applicable.
• Reservation will only be confirmed with a 50% deposit.
• Any reservations bridging the different rates/season will be calculated on pro-rata basis.
• Remember Indian Visas, inoculations, Travel insurance etc. as the 50% deposit is not refundable.
• A photocopy of your Photo ID/Passport is required at the time of check-in as per law.
• Rates are in Indian Rupees.
• Rates are per night – single or double occupancy basis.
• Check- In 12 Noon/ Check- Out 10 am.
• Children below 6 years of age – free with parents.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• Cancellation Policy   
  4 weeks prior to check-in: Full refund (excl 27th Dec – 2nd Jan bookings - no refund) 
  7 nights prior to check-in: One nights retention (excl 27th Dec – 2nd Jan bookings - no refund)
